The Secretary General of TUC, Kofi Asamoah, says the TUC has a problem with certain provisions of the Bills on the oil and gas, which are currently before Parliament.
According to him, the stability clause in the Bill could jeopardize any effort to ensure proper transparency in the oil revenue management.
Speaking to Radio Ghana, he said the TUC will continue to draw the attention of parliament to ensure that the mistakes made in laws on minerals such as gold are not repeated in the oil sector.
