Report exposes flaws in use of oil revenues

The Executive Director of KITE,Mr Ishmael Edjekumhene, has attributed the difficulty in tracking oil funded projects to how initial funding for those projects was set up.For most of all the projects that received funding from oil,oil revenues averagely constituted 20% of the funding mix with the remaining larger chunk from other government sources.
