    Job Description

    To supervise and coordinate all transportation, lodging and accommodation needs of employees in line with company policies  & procedures, including the provision and maintenance of general office and household equipment.

    • Lead a team to manage company assets and ensure regular maintenance
    • Supervise the performance of service contractors to ensure they provide service as provided in contract (cleaning, maintenance, logistics, beverages, fumigation, etc.)
    • Liaise with procurement to manage all general services contract
    • Facilitate meet and greet at Airport for VIPs arrival and departure from Ghana
    • Train and develop resources with career progression within the department
    • Manage all housing facilities and liaise with contractors to provide services and maintenance.
    • Provide travel report to management/headquarters
    • Assist company to acquire protocol at meetings/events
    • Develop internal procedures for the above activities


    • Degree (Economics, Engineering, Logistics, contract and procurement)
    • 10 years working experience in related field
    • Oil and gas industry experience is an advantage
    • Experience in managing multiple contracts

    • Team player
    • Multi-tasking
    • Good communication and negotiation skills
