TENDER FOR SERVICING OF FIRE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES AT VARIOUS WORK LOCATIONS IN GHANA GAS

1. INTRODUCTION

Ghana Gas intends to apply part of its 2018 Operational budget to cover eligible payment for the Procurement of Technical Services for the Servicing of Fire Protection Equipment and Accessories at Various Work Locations in Ghana Gas – GNGC/TS/0017/18.

2. OBJECTIVE

This service is intended to enable Ghana Gas ensure regular maintenance of all Fire Protection Equipment at its facilities, in full compliance with the requirements and regulations of the Ghana National Fire Service.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICE

4. MANDATORY DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

• Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
• Copy of Business Registration Certificate (Renewed)
• Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Certificate
• Certified by the Ghana National Fire Service
• Certified by the Ministry of Interior as a Fire Protection Provider
• Two (2) years Audited Account
• Tender Security in the Amount of GHC10,000.00 from a reputable Local Bank.

5. Tendering will be conducted in accordance with the Rules and Procedures of National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement law 2003, Act 663, and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana, and as amended from Tuesday, 22^ndMay 2018
6. A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased by interested and qualified Tenderers from the Finance Department on submission of a written application addressed to the Chief Executive Officer (see address 1 below), and payment of anon-refundable fee of Seven Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GHC750). Payments shall be made either by bank draft in favor of “Ghana National Gas Company Limited” or by cash.

8. Tenders must be delivered to the Procurement Department of Ghana Gas located at the No. 10 Drake Avenue, Airport Residential Area, Airport, Accraon or before 10:00- hours GMT on Tuesday, 12^thJune, 2018. Late Tenders shall be rejected and returned to the Tenderer.
