SALE OF RESIDUAL PIPES AT ENI

Without any engagement and commitment on our part, we wish to inform you that Eni Ghana Exploration and Production Ltd, a company incorporated in Ghana on 26th May 2009 (hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY”), engaged in the development of Sakofa Gye Nyame Oil and Gas fields, Offshore Cape Three Points is offering for sale Line Pipes to interested companies.

1. The specifications of the Line Pipes are as below:

Note: Delivery of Pipes is EXWORKS (Eni Ghana Sanzule Site)

2. Submission

Interested companies should clearly indicate such interest in a letter written in the English language on the company’s letterhead and duly signed by the relevant Power of Attorney (PoA).

Such letters shall be received by e-mail, no later than 4 pm (Accra Time), 24th December, 2018to the following address:

Failure to respond to this Notice within the above indicated time limit, will not be considered.

3. Evaluation:

Upon receipt of confirmation of interest from interested buyers by COMPANY. COMPANY shall contact the interested entities for any other information or documentation.

COMPANY acknowledges that certain data or information provided under this request shall be treated as confidential, if clearly  expressed to be so by you, unless in public domain, and shall not be disclosed or communicated to any third parties except to COMPANY and Affiliates of COMPANY.

All companies should note that this process is not part of an invitation to tender and hence not a bid invitation and therefore does not represent or constitute a promise, obligation or commitment of any kind for COMPANY to enter into any agreement with any company participating in this process.

Please note that by participating in this process, you agree and/or deem to accept;

1. to bear all costs you might or will incur in connection with the preparation and participation in this process in general, whether or not successful in this process; and
2. to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless COMPANY from and against any and all of any liabilities, damages, claims, demands, actions, losses, costs and expenses (including legal expenses) in respect of or arising or out of such preparation of this Request for Expression of Interest.
