Consultancy Service for the Design and Development of a Grievance redress Mechanism (GRM) System

The Government of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Natural Resources and Environmental Governance Technical Assistance (NREG-TA) Programme and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include the Design and Development of a Grievance Redress Mechanism System for the Environmental Protection Agency. Detailed Terms of Reference can be obtained from the address below.

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the (Selection Based on Consultants Qualification) method set out in the Consultant Guidelines.

Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours at the Environmental Protection Agency office, Adjacent the Ministry of Power from the hours of 0900 to 1600 hours.

Expression of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person by 10^th September 2015 at 1600 hours).
