A reputable Oil and Gas Service Company is seeking to recruit qualified, competent and result oriented personnel to help promote and coordinate the operations of the company in a manner that will optimize its market share and earning, improve efficiency and performance, and help achieve its mission and goals.

I   BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of strategies developed with the company to ensure the business achieve its target at all time
• Prospect for potential new clients  and turn  this into increased business as well  target and develop new businesses
• Follow up new business opportunities and setting up  meeting  between  decision makers  and present  new products/services
• Communicating new product/service development to prospective clients

Qualification and experience

• Minimum of First Degree in any Business related field. MBA marketing will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of Ten (10) years experience in the same capacity.

II   FINANCE MANAGER

Main Responsibilities

Corporate Financial Accounting

• Oversee the over-all external audit work process and review the Financial  statements;
• Review Management Reports including Financial Projections and Corporate Budget and submit to Management for approval.
• Create, implement and monitor internal control for accuracy and efficiency.

Management

• Oversee the operations of the treasury departments , including the design of organizational  structure adequate for achieving the department’s  goals  and objectives

Funds Management

• Forecast cash flow positions , related to borrow  needs and available funds  for investment:
• Ensure that sufficient funds  are available  to meet ongoing operational  and capital investment requirements;

Bugeting

• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget;
• Report to management on variances from the established budget and the reasons for those variances;
• Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic  direction

Financial   Analysis

Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis in all areas of the company

• Review the performance  of competitors and report on key issues to management
• Engage in benchmarking studies  to establish  areas of potential operational improvement

Qualification and experience

• Required experience as a finance manager id 7years minimum
• Minimum of a Bachelor in Finance MBA in Accounting/Financer/Banking will be an added advantage

III PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities and Missions

• Define the procurement strategy(local, international sourcing and purchasing in collaborating with management);
• Implement this strategy through a focused range of products/ services and suppliers
• Develop a procurement procedure in order to provide quality service. This process should cover sourcing, purchasing order (compliance with technical specification) and delivery, while taking account of the Incoterms (CIF, DDP, EXW, for international sourcing).
• Building and manager of supplier quality and develop long term relationships with preferred suppliers;
• Identify, anticipated and manage supplier risks;
• Check the procurement procedures and the performance of contracts;

Qualification and experience:

• Proven working experience as a procure manager (5 to 10 years);
• Mechanical or Energy or power Engineers, with high concepts in procurement and logistics

IV    MARKETING AND SALES EXECUTIVE

Key responsibilities

• Contact and visit  prospective customers to determine  their needs
• Create and perform presentation to Match Company’s product and services with identified need.
• Sell products and services through face –to-face contact.
• Maintain a record and prepared reports as required.
• Maintain a record and prepare report as required.
• Maintain a regular schedule of contact via phone /on- site visits and alert clients to new and improve products and services.
• Develop relationship with clients

Qualification and experience

Minimum of HND qualification in marketing or any other related field .Minimum of three (3) years experience in sales and Marketing
