Cote d’Ivoire is seeking an injunction on oil exploration activities by Tullow Oil in the Tweneboa-Enyenra-Ntomme (TEN) oilfields.
Ghana in defense has said the injunction if granted would mean an “irreparable damage” and “irremediable injustice” to the country.
“The court hasn’t taken a decision, as soon as it does, we will take actions in response to that decision appropriately, we will take actions to fulfill those decisions. ( But) mind you it is an arbitration between two governments , so we are working with the Ghana government, so Ghana government will then give us the appropriate instructions and we will comply”, Mr. Darku confirmed in an interview with Citi Business News.
