Anglo  Ashanti (Ghana) Limited  is currently  on  a journey  to redevelop  the Obuasi  Gold  Mine into  a modern , efficient  and long – term  profitable  operation.

We are  seeking  experienced and self-motivated persons  to fill the following vacancy.

TIME AND ATTENDANCE  OFFICER

ROLE PURPOSE

The Time & Attendance Officer is responsible for capturing monitoring and report on employee work attendance work duration, payment of shift allowances and general systems administration in relation to the Time  and Attendance  system. This will be achieved whilst ensuring strict adherence to T&A standard s and procedures consonance with overall Human Resource and business policy framework.

QUQUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCE

QUALIFICATION

• A minimum of first degree in Information Technology, Mathematics or related field.

EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar role working with an electronic time and attendance system.
